As an Individual & Relationship Therapist, I help individuals, couples and families make lasting, positive changes in their lives.

Connecting with each person in an accepting way that draws on their strengths and supports their values and personal integrity, I provide both short and long term counselling and integrate solution focused, emotion focused, narrative and dialogic therapy approaches in order to meet each person’s particular needs.

Having completed extensive training in Couple and Family Therapy, I can help with parenting dilemmas, relationship struggles, separation and divorce, blended family issues, empty nest feelings or fertility and adoption challenges. I also support caregivers through the challenges of their day-to-day experience.

With individual clients, I most often explore anxiety, depression, grief, loss of relationship and ambiguous loss.

I practise from a strength-based, person-centered perspective, offering a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.

In our initial session, I will be interested in getting to know you, and I will ask what brought you to counselling and what positive changes you hope to see as a result of our conversations.
